How does your Wash & Fold service work?
It’s simple! Just drop off your laundry anytime between 9 AM and 9 PM — no appointment needed. Our team will wash, dry, and fold everything just the way you like it using premium products and your preferred settings. You’ll get a text when your order is ready, usually within 24 hours.
Can I choose my detergent and settings?
Yes! We offer Tide, Gain, and Free & Clear, or you can bring your own. You can also choose your preferred water temperature, dryer settings, and folding style. We’ll even save your preferences on file for future visits!
Do I need to sort my laundry first?
No sorting needed! Just drop it off. Our team carefully separates lights, darks, and delicates for you and treats every load as if it were our own.
How do I know my clothes will be handled carefully?
Your laundry is washed and dried separately from all other orders. Our attendants are trained to handle every load with care, using professional-grade Electrolux machines for a deep, gentle clean.
Do you clean comforters and blankets?
Yes! Comforters are $22, blankets and sleeping bags are $20, and down items are +$10. Our oversized washers get them truly clean without wearing out your home machine.
What’s the turnaround time?
Most orders are ready within 24 hours. We’ll notify you as soon as your laundry is ready for pickup.
